Duties of this position include: interacting with Social Security ODAR offices around the country, scheduling Social Security hearings for the Firm’s clients, resolving conflicts in multiple, complex calendars for the Firm’s attorneys, securing travel arrangements for attorneys attending hearings in remote locations, contracting with outside companies as needed to complete hearing coverage and all other related tasks. The successful applicant will be motivated, highly organized, skilled with calendaring and time and travel management. Prior experience in a law firm or travel agency would be helpful but not required. Applicants should have completed at least an Associate’s Degree, be fully computer literate and ready to work a consistent full time schedule. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
